Nurturing YOUR CHILD’S MIND, BODY & Spirit
Little Heartprints Academy is a Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning community where children are recognized as capable, curious, and full of potential. We believe that learning happens through relationships, exploration, and meaningful experiences, and we design our environment to nurture creativity, inquiry, and a deep sense of belonging. Moreover, we thoughtfully incorporate selected elements from Montessori and Flight Curriculum Framework to enrich our educational program.
In the early years, children begin to shape their identity and understanding of the world, and we are committed to supporting their confidence, voice, and natural sense of wonder. Our educators listen closely to children’s ideas and create opportunities for them to explore, express, and construct knowledge together. We strive to cultivate a space where each child feels seen, valued, and inspired to engage deeply with their learning. At Little Heartprints Academy, we are not only caring for children—we are building the foundation for lifelong curiosity and meaningful learning.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide high-quality care and education that nurtures each child’s natural curiosity and supports their development through meaningful relationships and engaging learning experiences. We aim to foster a lifelong love of learning while helping children grow with confidence, respect, and a strong sense of self and belonging.
Our Vision
Our vision is for children to grow as confident, creative, and compassionate individuals who are able to thoughtfully engage with an ever-changing world. We aspire for children to develop the dispositions of lifelong learners—curiosity, resilience, and a sense of agency—while building meaningful relationships with others. We envision a community where children are empowered to contribute their ideas, act with empathy, and participate fully as active citizens in their environments.

Testimonials
“Our daughter has been at Little Heartprints Academy for over 2 years now and we are so happy we made the change. We really liked the curriculum-based approach that challenges the children and prepares them with the skills they will need as they start school.
The spaces are clean and we are always amazed at the variety of quality and healthy food that is prepared. Doreen and her staff are amazing with the kids and have created a great community we are so happy to be apart of.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Little Heartprints to anyone looking for quality childcare”

“Unparalleled quality in early education. Beautiful and clean facilities and delicious. homemade multi-cultural meals. Most importantly, exceptional caretakers. Where do I start... It it so difficult to leave the care of your children in the hands of someone else. Both my children attend/ed Little Heart Prints and I can't really say enough wonderful things about the community that has been built around this preschool. You will find consistent, incredible caregivers who are life-long learners and passionate educators at Little Heart Prints. The kids are happy, the teachers are happy - both my kids loved/love this place, my oldest has gone on to thrive in elementary school. I love that I can feel confident that my own values are being reinforced in though outdoor play, literacy, independent learning though play, and sharing of social and cultural norms and traditions. Is there an option to leave 6 stars? This place is the best”.

I can’t imagine I could ever a find a daycare that provides a better environment than what Doreen and the staff at Little Heartprints do. On top of a set curriculum the teachers also work with the students to help cater the curriculum to their interests. I have seen them work on a variety of topics from polar bear habitats to the life cycles of a turtle. They have mindful minutes, practice yoga and teach simple breathing techniques for children to utilize when feeling those big feelings.
The food is nutritious and varied. The rooms are clean with rotating, open ended toys to give children space to create. The staff is kind and wildly patient. The class sizes are small which allows all the staff so much opportunity to get to know each individual child and for each child to know each other.
Doreen has created a special space and we are so happy to apart of the Little Heart Prints community.
